Application Process for Flight in No-Fly Zones for Feima UAV

1 Application Method:

Please apply online through intelligent route of the UAV management system.

2 Preparation (scanned document/PDF file/zip package):

2.1 A safety commitment letter affixed with the official seal of Party A (mandatory), which reflects the project information and commits to safety responsibilities.

2.2 Airspace application documents or government approvals (mandatory), such as letters or documents informing or approved by local air traffic control, air force authorities, or public security and other government departments.

3 Application Process:

3.1 Open the UAV management system, and plan the requested no-fly zone.

Note: When planning the measurement area, it is necessary to consider the expansion range outside the flight path.

3.2 Click on the designated no-fly zone to bring up the application window.

3.3 Please complete the form according to the actual project situation. The start and end dates must be filled in correctly and should be consistent with the dates on the safety commitment letter and approval document. Upload the safety commitment letter and approval document (the two files can be uploaded in a compressed package).

4、Points for Attention:

4.1 Use the applied Feima Cloud account for flying, sharing it with other accounts will be ineffective.

4.2It is necessary to have network data transmission, the data must be uploaded and downloaded prior to the lifting of restrictions.

4.3It is essential to conduct a thorough inspection of the UAV’s status before flight to ensure the safety of the UAV during operation.

4.4 After submitting your application, you can contact the Feima after-sales personnel by calling the after-sales service hotline at 4008180585 and inform them of the project name for unlocking procedures.。

※ Special Notice: In order to lift the restrictions on civil airports, it is necessary to provide a security commitment letter and airspace approval document; merely providing a security commitment letter is insufficient for the lifting of the ban.
